All orders are processed within 5 business days. You will receive a notification email.

We ship from our Canadian location. Once processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days.

• Please note: Delivery windows are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Culture En Face is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct at the time of purchase.
