Refund policy

All sales at Culture En Face are final. To maintain the quality of our curated collection and our commitment to fair pricing, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or "change of mind" cancellations.

All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before completing your purchase. The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item arrives incorrect. You must then provide photo proof within 48 hours of receiving the item through email.

Culture en Face is not responsible for lost, damaged and/or stolen packages. If your package has been lost and/or stolen, please contact your carrier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.
